The following agreement applies to your download, installation, and use of the CUBE application. Please read it carefully before using the app.
This agreement is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as 'User') and the CUBE application provider (hereinafter referred to as 'Service Provider') regarding the use of the CUBE application (hereinafter referred to as 'this application').
Before downloading, installing, and using this application, users should carefully read all contents of this agreement. Once you start using this application, it is deemed that you have fully understood and agreed to accept all terms of this agreement; if you do not agree, you should stop using it immediately.
Using some services of this application requires account registration. Users should provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it in a timely manner. If the information is untrue or invalid, the service provider has the right to limit or terminate the service.
Users should set a PIN password to ensure account security and can choose biometric or PIN code methods to unlock the application. Accounts and passwords are kept by users themselves and cannot be transferred or lent to others. The service provider is not responsible for losses caused by account leakage or theft.
When account abnormalities are discovered, users should immediately notify the service provider and cooperate with the investigation. The electronic records of account operations by the service provider can serve as valid evidence of user behavior.
The service provider grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, allowing users to download and install this application on their own or controlled devices, limited to personal non-commercial use.
Users must not engage in the following behaviors:
The service provider has the right to update and maintain this application, and may suspend some services when necessary, but should notify users in advance through reasonable means.
The service provider should try its best to ensure the safe and stable operation of the application, protect user personal information, and not disclose it to third parties, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.
For vulnerabilities or problems reported by users, the service provider should handle them in a timely manner, but does not guarantee that the application has no defects.
All intellectual property rights of this application belong to the service provider, and users must not infringe on related rights during use.
The service provider handles user information in accordance with the privacy policy, and specific content can be found in the relevant instructions within the application.
The service provider is not responsible for application unavailability caused by force majeure, network failures, device problems, third-party attacks, and other factors beyond the service provider's control.
The service provider does not guarantee the results of users using this application, and users bear the costs of equipment fees, network fees, etc. incurred during use.
The service provider is not responsible for losses caused by users violating this agreement or improper operation.
The service provider may modify this agreement based on changes in laws and regulations or service needs. After modification, users will be notified through in-app announcements, pop-ups, and other methods. Continued use by users is deemed acceptance of the modified terms.
This agreement takes effect from the date the user uses the application until the user stops using it or the service provider terminates the service. The service provider has the right to terminate the service in accordance with the law, except in cases where advance notice is not required.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Disputes between the parties should first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the service provider's location.
